Kam started his business very young and has since then watch it grow into a successful company to really be proud of. Kam was financially free at the age of 23 and used his time to then start educating and empowering others who wanted to go into this industry.
Kam has a wealth of knowledge and experience within the property industry and is definitely worth talking to if you have any questions.
He’s had mentors at different stages of his life and is now happy to be a mentor to others. Kam says it’s great to find a mentor who is perhaps 5 years ahead of you, that way what you want to achieve is in touching distance.
With property being such a hot topic, Kam reminds people that you do not need a big pot of money to get started you just need to be smart.

We welcome Ben Chai onto the show today, and what an inspirational guest. From his humble beginnings to inspiring people everyday. Ben is the complete example of a modern day entrepreneur. He is known as a Global Property Entrepreneur.
As a mentor, public speaker, author and business coach, Chai has already made an impact to over 100,000 individuals in just under 70 countries.
Ben has three decades of Property experience, and is the CEO of Propertunities.
What is even more fascinating is the work he is doing with Women across Albani and the workshops he is looking to run. Women who have come from abusive background and empowering them to rebuild their confidence.
Ben has a Ted Talk in Surrey coming up where he will be discussing a lot of topics taken from his recent book Social Magnetism, where he talks about making friends, developing networks, being authentic and most importantly how to be successful in every area of your life.
Ben’s goal was to be retired by the age of 35, and he explored the avenues in which he could get to this goal. This is partly the reason behind his experience in so many different industries.
My advice would be to carry on, any terrible thing that happens to you, any life span that you live to…every event is a small blip in your life span…just carry on.
